These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the RokkitPod marketing website (including rokkitpod.app and related pages) and the RokkitPod desktop application. By using the website or the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RokkitPod.

1. About RokkitPod

RokkitPod is a desktop tool that helps print-on-demand sellers streamline repetitive product creation workflows with Gelato and related listing tasks (including Etsy-oriented features where available). RokkitPod is currently offered as beta software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gelato, Etsy, or other third-party platforms referenced on this site.

2. Beta software

The RokkitPod application may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. It is provided for testing and evaluation purposes and is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Features, pricing, and availability may change during the beta period.

3. Website and waitlist

The marketing website provides information about RokkitPod and a beta waitlist. You do not need to create an account on the website to join the waitlist.

When you submit the waitlist form, you agree to provide accurate information and to be contacted at the email address you provide about RokkitPod beta access, early access, and related product updates, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting duplicate sign-ups with the same email may be rejected.

4. Eligibility and your accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to use any third-party services you connect through RokkitPod (such as Gelato or Etsy, where applicable). You are responsible for your own Gelato, Etsy, and other seller accounts, API keys, and credentials.

If you are invited to use the desktop application, you are responsible for keeping application-related credentials and locally stored secrets (such as API keys) confidential and for all activity under your use of the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
- use RokkitPod or the website for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the application except as permitted by law;
- interfere with the operation of the website, waitlist, or application;
- scrape, overload, or abuse the website or its APIs;
- use RokkitPod in a way that violates the terms of Gelato, Etsy, or any other connected service.

You remain responsible for reviewing products, listings, images, and other content before you publish or fulfill orders.

6. Third-party services

RokkitPod relies on and integrates with third-party services, which may include Gelato, Etsy, and infrastructure providers (such as Supabase for backend and storage). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. RokkitPod only accesses Gelato, Etsy, or similar services when you authorize the connection in the application. RokkitPod does not provide print fulfillment, product licenses, or marketplace seller accounts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RokkitPod and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of business, arising from your use of the website or application.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website or application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
